In total, 1,729 Russian companies were included in the ranking, based on four independent assessments (HR survey, eNPS survey, feedback from candidates and former employees). Komus ended up 48th out of 152 largest Russian companies with more than 5,000 employees, and ranked 4th among FMCG companies, ahead of Beluga group, Rive Gauche, Sima-Land, Chernogolovka Group and other representatives of the industry. 

From now on, a special banner “Top 50 Employers of Russia”, displayed on our Company’s page on hh.ru, will confirm that Komus is one of the best employers in the country.
