Founding of the Komus company, the launch of office goods sales via the Corporate and Wholesale channels.
1992
Launch of the direction for the sale of printing paper and cardboard types.
1993
Opening of the first retail store of the Komus company.
1995
Launch of the division for the sale of single-use plastic packaging for food products — the Komus Packaging Division.
1996
Opening of the first Regional Office (in Nizhny Novgorod city). The beginning of Komus’ regional expansion period.

Launch of the division for the sale of medical goods — the Komus Medicine Division.
1997
Establishment of the Komus Packaging factory in Golitsyno city of the Moscow Region.

Opening of SOMA manufacture for the production of receipt tape and large format paper on the territory of the factory.
1998
Launch of the corporate website of the Company.
2000
Komus is the undisputed leader in sales of office goods in Moscow corporate channel, as well as one of the most significant players on the federal level.

Launch of Company’s Online Store (COS).
2002
Establishment of the Komus Packaging company in Maloyaroslavets city of the Kaluga Region.

Production of the first package of class A cut paper (chlorine free) under the proprietary trademark of Komus Document.
2003
Construction of the BanKO factory in Kolomna city of the Moscow Region. The enterprise specializes in manufacture of folders. In the future, the production of block cubes, notepads for flipcharts, and magnet-marker boards will be launched.
2004
Opening of the Ural factory of Komus Packaging in Chelyabinsk city.
The beginning of Komus’ active regional expansion period. Over the next four years, 26 Regional Representative Offices and Sales Offices were opened.
2005
Launch of the Siberian factory of Komus Packaging in Yurga city of the Kemerovo Region.
The manufacturing complex of Komus grew to seven enterprises.
2006
Komus was included in the Forbes rating of 200 largest private companies of Russia.
2007
Commissioning of the Kuban factory of Komus Packaging in Kushchevskaya stanitsa of the Krasnodar Territory.
Opening of the first proprietary contact center (Moscow city).
2009
Opening of Tver Contact Center, which was the second center opened.
2010
The millionth customer completed purchase in Komus Online Store.
The only factory in Russia manufacturing BOPS film (which is used as the raw material for the manufacture of single-use plastic packaging) was built on the territory of the Odintsovskaya factory.
2011
Two millionth customer completed purchase in Komus Online Store.
Opening of Tula Contact Center, which was the third one opened.
2012
Construction and launch of Domodedovo distribution center in Domodedovo city of the Moscow Region.
Komus retail network grew to sixty stores.
2014
Opening of the Domodedovo Contact Center.
2015
Komus Online Store took the 10th place in the ranking of the largest online retailers of Russian web segment.
Opening of the hundredth retail store of the Komus company.
2016
All-Russian competitions were held among designers to develop collections of school notebooks and backpacks.
2017
Improvement of services’ functioning and service quality.
2020
Komus was included in Top 50 of the best Russian employers in the rating of HH.ru.
2021
Sales of workwear and personal protection equipment were allocated into a separate subdivision.

Opening of the Polaris warehouse complex in Domodedovo city of the Moscow Region.
